Gov. Mike Rounds has reappointed Pat Harding and Carla Sahr to the State Capitol Complex Restoration and Beautification Commission. The two women are long-time residents of Pierre whose taste and dignity have never shown any inclination toward confusion about the differences between good, bad and ugly regarding the landscape of Capital City.
