Noem votes for “fiscal deal” too

The U.S. House of Representatives agreed with the Senate and approved the “fiscal cliff” package late Tuesday night on a vote of 257-167. South Dakota’s member of the House, Republican Kristi Noem, voted in favor. That put all three of South Dakota’s congressional delegation on the “aye” side of the matter. The House vote closed at 10:57 P.M. Eastern time. The partisan breaks were Republicans 85 ayes and 151 noes; and Democrats 172 ayes and 16 noes. Not voting were five Republicans and three Democrats.

  1. Ambiguous

Maybe when writing a story about this ask Noem when she decided to put Nancy Pelosi back in charge of the House of representatives… So much for a Republican majority if she and Boehner are going to pass legislation with minority Republican support.

Bring back Pelosi and Herseth for all I care.
